Where Culture, Community, and Celebration Collide
Carnavales de Sweet Havana is a two-day Caribbean and Latin cultural festival that brings the energy, flavor, and spirit of Havana Carnival to the heart of Louisville, Kentucky.
Now in its third year, Carnavales draws thousands of attendees to Fourth Street Live! for live music, authentic food, dance performances, artisan vendors, and an unmatched celebration of Louisville’s growing Latino community.
Founded by Sweet Havana— one of Louisville’s most influential cultural brands — and in collaboration with Baila con Micho Dance Academy— recognized worldwide for bringing the rhythms of Cuba to the world — the festival has become a landmark event that celebrates culture, community, and joy in a city that’s ready to dance.
